The Exercises
This page is going to be dedicated to showing you some of the Pilates exercises so you may try them at home. I would stress that precision is a very important part of Pilates and I would advocate that you have an understanding of the exercises in class, under the guidance of an experienced teacher, prior to undertaking them 'home alone'.
I will be updating this page on a regular basis so keep checking back for the latest instalments.
